1. What is the current plan to hold a Tech hosted by LANACO conference regarding the COVID-19 virus pandemic?
We are closely monitoring and responding to the COVID-19 pandemic in our country, the countries of the region and around the world. Our main priorities are the satisfaction and support of our employees, lecturers, sponsors, customers and partners, as well as the health and well-being of all people.
Our current decision is that this year in October, we traditionally organize the largest multi-vendor conference Tech Hosted by LANACO, but in a different way. The largest multi-vendor event will be held on October 14, 2021 at the LANACO Technology Center in Banja Luka, following the prescribed measures of the World Health Organization (WHO), with live streaming for all visitors who will not be able to physically attend the event due to measures against COVID-19. We perceive digital participation as a unique opportunity to build a new way of communication in the world of digital transformation. Physically or online, our technology experts will bring innovation to this year’s conference and create a network of endless global business communication.
The second day of the conference, dedicated to students, will be held on October 15, in the online format.
We monitor the situation regarding the COVID 19 virus globally on a daily basis and we will regularly report to you on any changes related to our conference.

2. What security measures will be implemented at the Tech Hosted Conference?
The safety of our speakers, sponsors, partners, visitors and employees is our priority.
The venue of the conference is LANACO Technology Center, which is also the only Technology Center in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which covers xyz square meters and we are able to provide adequate social distance, following the instructions and advice of the World Health Organization and our local community.
We currently apply, research and monitor a number of rigorous measures during physical encounters, including:
- Regular and frequent disinfection of the premises
- Implement social distancing measures, including wider aisles, spaced seats
- Implement a policy of banning hand-shaking and increased basic hygiene measures to ensure the safety of participants
- Checking the temperature of all participants
We continuously monitor and will monitor the situation regarding the COVID-19 virus pandemic until the beginning of the conference and we will act in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization.
3. What are the rules if I cannot physically attend the event?
As we record a large number of visitors from year to year, this year we will strive to provide a large number of people with the opportunity to participate. Thanks to the communication and collaboration system, we will provide online monitoring of the conference for all those who received the invitation.
If you have received an invitation,
You have the opportunity to change the method of participation in your invitation up to 24 hours prior to the event. If your plans change, you can forward the invitation to someone else who is in need of the program to improve their business skills. For all this, you need to send an e-mail to: events@lanaco.com
All visitors who receive an invitation, participate in the event free of charge.
4. What are the plans if the pandemic of COVID-19 virus is present in the country and in the world?
We monitor the situation every day, and we will react accordingly. We will act in accordance with all the recommendations of the competent authorities, the health of all of us is in the first place. If the situation regarding COVID-19 is concerning, we will organize an online event and a webinar, so that the current content from the conference is made available.
