October 15th is marked as International Student Day.

This year, the Student Day of the Tech Hosted by LANACO conference is held on this date and is dedicated to all students from BiH and the region, who, completely free of charge, expect quality educational and entertaining content.

Tech Hosted by LANACO is the largest multi-vendor conference in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which this year brings together representatives of world IT leaders – Veeam, Kaspersky, Lenovo, Fortinet, Dell, and Hewlett Packard.

In addition to them, the conference will be enriched by Keynote speeches, experiences of successful experts from the IT world, but also interesting panel discussions and valuable prizes.

On Student Day, young people will have the opportunity to hear Mladen Velentić (Research Scientist, Oslo University Hospital; Norwegian University of Science and Technology), Jelena Mijatović (Data Scientist, LANACO), and Jasmin Marić (Business Development Manager, OLX.ba).

Attendees will learn about the impact of information technology on one of the leading medical systems in Europe, learn about a new way of thinking in the IT world, and hear firsthand the path of well-known internet business brands such as 3D Kingdom platform, Dernek. ba, Pik.ba (today OLX) and Korpa.ba.

The agenda for the student day will end with a panel discussion on the topic of the Gaming Industry in BiH and the region. The participants in the discussion are the most successful gamers from Bosnia and Herzegovina – Nedim Lepić, Fedja Đedović, Elsin Uzunović, Đordje Blagojević, and Haris Čolaković.
