Andrea Hrustemović brings nearly 20 years of experience in the IT industry, the last 14 of which she has spent as a cybersecurity specialist and project manager at the largest power utility company in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She holds a degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Sarajevo. Throughout her career, she has continued to build her expertise in cybersecurity and project management, and she is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (ISACA CISA) as well as a certified project manager (PMI-PMP and PMI-ACP). Her key achievements in cybersecurity and digital transformation include establishing and maintaining an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO 27001, implementing IT service management, delivering a range of ERP and IT software projects, deploying security solutions, leading system integration projects, and strengthening the cyber capacity and resilience of critical infrastructure operators in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Andrea's main area of interest is operational technology (OT) security. She has contributed to the professional community as co-author of several papers on risk assessment in Smart Grid environments and on the digital transformation of manually collected meter reading data.

Irma Sokolović holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and has more than 20 years of experience in electronic communications and radio spectrum management. She currently heads the Radio Monitoring Department at the Communications Regulatory Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

She began her career in academia as a researcher and lecturer at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Sarajevo. Today, she is actively involved in the work of several international professional organizations, including the ITU, CEPT, BEREC, and IEEE, and regularly takes part in programs and training organized by the OSCE, the British Council, and other international and non-governmental organizations.

As a member of Women4Cyber BiH, Irma contributes to educational and awareness-raising initiatives that encourage more women and girls to pursue careers in STEM and cybersecurity. She is particularly passionate about cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, and digital resilience, and believes that a clear vision, careful planning, consistent effort, and collaboration can drive real and lasting change.

With more than 20 years at Check Point Software Technologies, Edin has built a distinguished career spanning technical, sales, and executive leadership roles. As Country Manager for the Adriatic region, he is responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding the company's market presence, and developing partnerships, while leading high-performing teams across the region.Before taking on this role, Edin led sales initiatives that doubled the company's regional business, helping position Check Point as a trusted cybersecurity leader in the Adriatic market. Earlier in his career, he held technical engineering and analyst roles, where he developed deep expertise in cybersecurity solutions and partner enablement. His career reflects a rare combination of technical know-how, strategic vision, and proven leadership.
