There are many challenges for Telcos. As I can see, there are two major challenges: having the right talent and keeping it up to date. We have a lot of technology and it is moving very fast and talent is becoming rarer. So astechnology advancing, we need to upskill our talents in the near future. These are the major concerns we would be facing in the future.”

Moje predavanje je bilo neka vrsta analize tržišta Hrvatske, koje je vrlo inovativno u pogledu razvoja Fintech proizvoda. Neke predikcije što se tiče daljeg razvoja inovacija u Hrvatskoj, pa definitivno će se i dalje nastaviti, posebno između Fintech-a i banaka, a ono što takođe vidim je međusobna regionalna saradnja između Fintech-a, koja je neophodna u smislu zajedničkog prosperiteta. Možemo reći da smo uveliko smo u Fintech revoluciji i promjene na globalnom nivou se dešavaju iz dana u dan."
